It's ok, we get it. Not every item fits perfectly. We want to make it as easy as possible when you change your mind. Here's how our return policy works:
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer free returns and exchanges on all items (except final sale) 🙌
Regular Priced Merchandise:
You can exchange your items or receive a full refund within 10 days of receiving your item. After 10 days, the items are officially your kiddos and we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Sale Merchandise:
Within 10 days of receiving your item, you can exchange your items or we’ll issue you an online store credit. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
Final Sale Merchandise:
If an item is noted as final sale, it is... final sale. That means no returns or exchanges.
Return & Exchange Conditions
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase
How To Exchange or Return Your Items:
To start a return, please email us at hello@shopminimod.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Other Details
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it right away.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at hello@shopminimod.com to start your exchange. Once we send you the return shipping label, we'll hold your new item for 5 business days until we receive your returned item. Once the return is accepted, we'll ship the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
